Timeline of Events:
- November 24: Mangione arrives in NYC, checks into a hostel using a fake ID.
- December 4: Mangione is seen near the Hilton Hotel before the murder. He stops at a Starbucks.
- December 4: Thompson is shot and killed outside the Hilton with a 9mm 3D-printed gun equipped with a silencer. Shell casings with the words "DENY" and "DEPOSE" were found at the scene. A bullet with the word "DELAY" was recovered.
- December 4: Mangione flees NYC by taxi and then leaves the state.
- December 9: Mangione is arrested in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
Mangione's trial is scheduled to begin on December 1st. The case continues to unfold, with many questions still unanswered. Further updates will be shared as they become available.
