NYC Apartment Rental Scam Mastermind Arrested
Nicholas Fuelling, accused of masterminding a Manhattan apartment rental scheme, has turned himself in. He faces 14 counts of grand larceny.

The NYPD released a wanted poster, and Councilmember Erik Bottcher urged others to come forward if they were also victims. Márchese stated he learned a lesson and will perform thorough background checks in the future.
