Bar Cosme, the late-night sibling to Enrique Olvera's Flagship Mexican restaurant Cosme, is lined up to open at 372 Lafayette Street in NoHo — the corner that long housed Atla.

Marked's Nov. 2 openings roundup puts the debut on Monday, Nov. 10, and says reservations are already open, with agave and bourbon behind the bar. Time Out New York and The Infatuation earlier described the same address and concept without locking that date.

What it will serve

Time Out reported that drinks are central but that Bar Cosme plans a full sharing menu drawn from Cosme's after-dark energy: raw and lightly cooked dishes, housemade tortillas and salsas, and plates from an asador, the live-fire grill. The Infatuation's advance note added that the room expects both prix-fixe and a la carte options.

Who is behind the bar

Sebastián Tollius, whose résumé includes Eleven Madison Park and Clemente Bar, is overseeing cocktails, Time Out and The Infatuation said. The project comes from Olvera and the Casamata team.

Confirm the opening day, hours and booking links closer to Nov. 10 — soft openings sometimes slip.
