Project Healthy Minds is set to transform New York City this October by hosting its fifth annual free World Mental Health Day Festival. The event will take place on October 10 at Spring Studios, bringing together a star-studded lineup of speakers and wellness experts dedicated to destigmatizing mental health conversations.

The festival promises an engaging day of dialogue and activity. Confirmed speakers include NBA star Karl-Anthony Towns, actor Terry Crews, psychologist Jonathan Haidt, journalist Nina Westbrook, and entrepreneur Rich Kleiman. Beyond the panels, attendees can participate in fitness classes and activations led by renowned trainers such as Sydney Miller, Kelsey Wells, Becs Gentry, Timm Chiusano, Joe Gonzales, and Jack Bauer.

Leading up to the main festival, Project Healthy Minds will also host its fourth annual World Mental Health Day Gala on October 8, also at Spring Studios. Hosted by Carson Daly, the gala aims to celebrate impactful storytelling and humanitarian efforts. Honorees include Bill Lawrence, who will receive the Storyteller of the Year Award, and Chris Barbin, recognized with the Humanitarian of the Year Award.
