Escaped Psych Patient Recaptured in NY
A dangerous mental patient who identified himself as the "King and Queen of Ireland" was apprehended after a dramatic escape from an Orange County hospital.

Morgan was located about 20 miles away at a Port Jervis gas station. He's facing charges including robbery and making a terroristic threat. Weeks prior, he allegedly made bomb threats, claiming to be centuries old and seeking revenge for Queen Elizabeth's death.
He was arraigned and held on $250,000 bail.
