About this event

The Bronx Museum stays open late on Friday, Nov. 6, from 6 to 9 p.m. for its monthly First Friday: Art in Action. The free, all-ages night pairs after-hours gallery access and complimentary refreshments with a winter-essentials supply drive supporting Bronx Mutual Aid. The program is inspired by artist Alex Strada's Public Address, which puts writings and drawings by New Yorkers living and working in city shelters onto official street signage. Donations of coats, hats, gloves, socks and hygiene items are encouraged but not required. An optional RSVP is available; walk-ins are welcome at 1040 Grand Concourse.
