About this event
The 2026 Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree arrives at Rockefeller Plaza on Saturday, Nov. 7, and Rockefeller Center is marking it with Meet the Tree Day, back for a second year, inviting families to welcome the tree and kick off the holiday season. The tree goes up weeks before the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony on Wednesday, Dec. 2. Rockefeller Center has not yet published visiting hours or where this year's tree comes from, so check its page before heading over. After the season, the tree will again be donated to Habitat for Humanity and milled into lumber.
