
UES Bank Robbed in Broad Daylight: Police Search for Suspect
On Thursday morning around 9 a.m., a man walked into the TD Bank at 1110 3rd Avenue, between 65th and 66th Street in the Upper East Side, and robbed the bank.
The suspect, described as an unknown male, started a conversation with a bank employee before approaching a teller. He then handed the teller a note demanding money. No weapon was used, according to a police spokesperson.
The teller handed over $661 in cash, and the suspect fled southbound on 3rd Avenue.
Police are still searching for the suspect, and the investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made.
