Triple Shooting Rocks East Village NYCHA Complex

Early Sunday morning, a shooting at the Lillian Wald NYCHA complex in Manhattan's Alphabet City left three people injured. The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. on East 6th Street near Avenue D.

Victims and Suspects

Police reported that one victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds, another was shot in the groin, and a third sustained at least one gunshot wound. All three were transported to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition. No arrests have been made, and police are still working to identify a suspect and the motive behind the shooting.
