Shooting at Brooklyn Subway Station: 4 Hospitalized, Including Police Officers
The New York City Police Department responded to a shooting at the Sutter Avenue station in Brownsville, Brooklyn, around 3:20 p.m. on September 15, 2024.
Four people, including two police officers, were hospitalized as a result of the shooting. Mayor Eric Adams was briefed on the incident.

L trains are temporarily bypassing the Sutter Avenue station, and drivers are being advised to avoid the area.
