NYC's Valentine's Day Surprise: Anonymous Love Letters to the City!
This Valentine's Day, New York City is getting a unique and heartwarming surprise! POPUPFLORIST, a floral and event company, has set up 13 old-school red mailboxes across Manhattan and Brooklyn as part of their "Love Letters of New York City" activation.
Until January 30th, New Yorkers are invited to anonymously drop off handwritten love letters – expressing any emotion, from sweet to funny to dramatic. These notes will be collected, and 30 favorites will be displayed at a special gallery on February 8th at 21 Howard Street in lower Manhattan, alongside stunning floral installations.
Where to Drop Off Your Letter:
Here are some of the participating locations:
- From Lucie (East Village, Manhattan)
- Nickey Kehoe (Soho, Manhattan)
