Since early November, this moped-riding suspect has carried out nearly a dozen robberies. He typically approaches his victims in the early hours of the morning, often asking seemingly innocuous questions before the robbery. The mugger, fluent in both English and Spanish, is known for his unusual approach, allowing him to choose the most valuable items from his victims. While he uses a knife, thankfully no victims have been seriously injured.

Police are seeking the public's help in identifying and apprehending the "Haggler After Midnight." They're particularly interested in any information about a person matching the description who is seen riding a blue or dark-colored scooter.
