Get ready for a sashimi extravaganza as SUSHI-CON, the largest sushi expo in the U.S., returns to New York City on September 22nd. Held at the Metropolitan Pavilion in the Flatiron District, this event promises a taste of the freshest sushi imaginable.

What to Expect:

• Unlimited Sushi Tastings: Over 50 suppliers from the U.S. and around the world will be serving up a bounty of top-notch seafood and Japanese delicacies. Indulge in unlimited tastings of bluefin tuna, yellowtail, sea bream, salmon, urchin, and more. Even if you're not a seafood enthusiast, there will be wagyu beef tastings and other Japanese classics like matcha, yuzu, and wasabi.
• New Flavors: This year, SUSHI-CON introduces scallop, abalone, conger eel, Hawaiian kanpachi, and American domestic eel tastings, expanding your sushi horizons.
• Tuna Cutting Demonstration: Witness a true culinary spectacle as respected chefs expertly dissect a 400-pound tuna in a mesmerizing demonstration, distributing the freshly cut slices to attendees. This is a rare experience you'd usually have to travel to Tokyo for.
