Etihad Park, designed by HOK, will boast a massive 24,851 seats and become the first fully electric stadium in NYC and MLS history.
A Green and Modern Marvel
This isn't just a stadium; it's the centerpiece of a 23-acre redevelopment project, including a new public school, a hotel, and tons of public green space. The design showcases a striking beveled entryway and impressive interior renderings. Check them out:

Etihad Park will offer a premium fan experience with 3,436 supporters section seats, pitch-side lounges, and plenty of ADA-accessible seating. The stadium will also include numerous bars, markets, and bathrooms. Luxury options include multiple suites and even a Chairman's Suite!
A $20 Million Partnership
This exciting project is made possible by a $20 million, 20-year naming rights agreement between NYCFC and Etihad Airways, a partnership spanning over a decade.
"This is a historic announcement," said Brad Sims, NYCFC’s CEO. "Etihad Park will become a cathedral of soccer in the United States."
Location and Timeline
The stadium is conveniently located near the Mets-Willets Point 7 train station. Construction is expected to be fully privately financed and completed before the 2027 MLS season.
