Snow Timeline and Forecast

Snow is expected to begin lightly around 11 a.m. in NYC, intensifying in the early afternoon. Rain may mix with snow initially, especially near the coast. The heaviest snowfall is predicted between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m., with potential rates of one inch per hour. Travel conditions will significantly deteriorate during this time.
