The restaurant, owned by chef Anthony Mangieri, offers a limited menu of five classic Neapolitan-style pizzas, plus a daily special. Their pizzas feature a thin, chewy crust with perfectly charred edges and minimal toppings. Each night, Una serves pizza until they run out of dough, and they only make 400 pies a week. The restaurant's popularity means reservations are highly recommended, opening two weeks in advance and offering extremely limited walk-ups.

50 Top Pizza highlighted Una's commitment to traditional Neopolitan pizza making, using high-quality ingredients and keeping the toppings simple. They praised the unique dough, which they described as "contemporary" but "so personal that it probably cannot be classified."
