From November 11th to 22nd, you'll have the chance to experience Pujol's magic at a special 12-night pop-up at WSA in the Financial District (161 Water Street). Reservations open October 1st on Resy.

Expect an exquisite eight-course tasting menu featuring Pujol's signature dishes, possibly including the famous mole madre, mole nuevo (a stunning contrast of aged and fresh mole) and other corn-centric delights. Prepare for an unforgettable culinary journey!
