The project is currently undergoing public approval and is expected to break ground soon.

A Win for Queens and a Boon for NYC

Metropolitan Park is more than just a pretty park. It's a symbol of urban revitalization and a commitment to creating vibrant, accessible public spaces for the community. The project promises to transform a largely underutilized area into a thriving destination that will attract visitors from across the city and beyond.

The inclusion of a Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is sure to attract a lot of attention, but the focus on green spaces, community resources, and improved infrastructure will likely be a major draw for locals.
