This Michelin-starred establishment, renowned for its 16-course omakase menu and homemade sauces, will open its doors on September 6th at 922 Broadway in the East Village.

Sushi by Scratch is the brainchild of Chef Phillip Frankland Lee, who, alongside his wife and pastry chef, Margarita Kallas-Lee, runs the Scratch Restaurants Group. Lee's dream has finally come true, bringing his exquisite sushi experience to the culinary capital of the United States.

What to Expect

Hidden behind an unmarked door, the speakeasy-style restaurant offers a unique culinary journey. The 10-seat counter offers an intimate and immersive experience, and the accompanying lounge provides a space to enjoy cocktails and canapes before and after the omakase feast.
