Jennifer Lopez has finally sold her luxurious Madison Square Park penthouse in New York City. The sale, which closed on Monday, comes after seven years on the market and a price reduction from the initial asking price of $26.95 million.
The stately penthouse duplex, located at 21 E. 26th St., spans 6,540 square feet and boasts four bedrooms, 6½ baths, and almost 3,000 square feet of outdoor space. It includes four terraces on two levels with features like a croquet pitch, a landscaped roof deck, and a putting green. The penthouse is just one floor above the unit where Chelsea Clinton and her family live.
The Penthouse Boasts Luxury Amenities:
The residence offers a private keyed elevator entrance, a great room with a skylight and wall of Palladian-style windows, and French doors leading to a terrace overlooking the park. The views also include the Flatiron Building and the MetLife Clock Tower.
