Surveillance Footage Reveals Chilling Details
Surveillance video shows a Chevy Suburban speeding through an intersection before mounting the sidewalk. The impact was fatal for the teenager. The driver, identified as 38-year-old Edwin Cruz Gomez, then reversed, sped down Benham Street the wrong way before crashing into a parked car.

Gomez was apprehended by police shortly after the incident. Witnesses described him as hysterical at the scene.
Motive Under Investigation
