Fredrik Eklund, the “Million Dollar Listing” alum, just bought a stunning two-bedroom condo at 64 University Place in Greenwich Village for $3.35 million. The 11-story building, designed by KPF, features a classic red brick exterior with ivy, and the interiors are by SPACE Copenhagen.
