Andy Cohen's West Village Apartment Is Officially Up for Grabs for $14 Million

Ryan Serhant, the Million Dollar Listing New York star, revealed he's selling Andy Cohen's West Village apartment, a stunning 3,500-square-foot duplex. The apartment was actually a combination of four separate apartments Cohen renovated over the years. It features three bedrooms, an office, a den, a luxurious home bar, several wood-burning fireplaces, a steam room, and even a bright red Studio 54-style powder room!

The apartment's eclectic design includes a plaid sectional sofa, a midcentury office with green glass doors (and a disco ball!), and bright blue kitchen cabinetry.

Cohen has decided to sell because he's purchased a new penthouse nearby with a 3,000-square-foot interior and a 2,000-square-foot terrace.

“It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,” Cohen said about the new penthouse. “I had to take it.”
