Alexander Brothers Charged with Sex Trafficking in NYC: Real Estate Moguls Face Serious Accusations
Alexander Brothers Charged with Sex Trafficking in NYC
Prominent real estate brokers Oren and Tal Alexander, along with their brother Alon, are facing sex trafficking charges. The FBI and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York announced the charges on December 11, 2024, during a news conference.
The brothers, founders of the real estate firm Official, are accused of running a sex trafficking scheme since 2010. An eight-page indictment details allegations of rape, sexual assault, and coercion of multiple women. The alleged victims were allegedly lured with lavish gifts, including travel, luxury accommodations, and access to exclusive events. The indictment claims the brothers used deception and coercion, in some cases drugging their victims or resorting to physical force.
The charges include conspiracy to commit sex trafficking and two counts of sex trafficking. A multi-state investigation is underway, with officials in Miami Beach also holding a briefing on the case.
