About this event

On Saturday, Oct. 17, from noon to 3 p.m., J. Hood Wright Park pairs its Hallowscream Fright Walk with an outdoor fall festival. Families can use the interactive haunted house alongside a pumpkin patch, bounce houses, arts and crafts and jumbo games. Parks says the event can draw about 1,400 people. The Fright Walk remains free with same-day registration; waivers and closed-toe shoes apply. Rain moves the haunted house indoors while outdoor festival pieces may be rescheduled.
