One of Brooklyn's best-known pizza names has quietly gone dark on the Williamsburg waterfront, and several longtime favorites around the city are serving their last meals this weekend.

Roberta's at Domino Park

Roberta's appears to have closed its location at 6 Grand St., at Domino Park, Greenpointers reported. Reddit users spotted a notice about overdue rent posted on the door next to a sign saying the restaurant had closed. Eater NY reported the signage cited more than $30,000 in alleged unpaid rent. Roberta's has not commented publicly, and neither the company nor the landlord has confirmed why it closed.

The Domino Park address has been removed from Roberta's website and online ordering for it is turned off, both outlets said. The original Roberta's in Bushwick, open since 2008, is still running, as is its Penn District location with a rooftop bar, according to Eater. Greenpointers noted that next-door neighbor OddFellows Ice Cream also left the Domino Park complex this fall.

Last call this weekend

  • Errol's Caribbean Delights, 661 Flatbush Ave. at Hawthorne Street: the last day is Saturday, Oct. 24, after 25 years. Workers told News 12 Brooklyn the owners, both in their 80s, are retiring to spend time with their grandchildren. It opened in fall 2001 as Errol's Bakery and Catering, known for hard dough bread and fruit cakes before adding oxtail, curry goat and jerk chicken, and survived an eviction threat in 2016-17 thanks to community pressure, Time Out New York reported.
  • Mémé, 581 Hudson St. at Bank Street, West Village: the Mediterranean restaurant closes Saturday, Oct. 24, after 16 years, Eater reported. Its Hell's Kitchen location is not affected.
  • Lingo, 27 Greenpoint Ave. at West Street, Greenpoint: the modern Japanese restaurant closes Sunday, Oct. 25, after three and a half years. The owners told Eater they plan to return to the same space with a new concept.
  • Yoko-Cho by Suki Desu, 137 E. 13th St. near Third Avenue: the upscale ramen bar serves its last bowls Sunday, Oct. 25, according to Eater.

In Greenpoint, the Brew Inn sports bar at 924 Manhattan Ave. closed Oct. 18 after 13 years, following a rent dispute that ended in eviction proceedings, Eater reported, citing Greenpointers.

On the Upper East Side, Mezzaluna has one more week: the trattoria closes Nov. 1 after 42 years. Read that story. The closings come as the city comptroller reports restaurant and hotel jobs down about 15,000 from a year ago. More on the jobs report.
