About this event
The Village Halloween Parade runs straight up Sixth Avenue from King Street to West 15th Street on Saturday, Oct. 31, starting at 7 p.m. and ending around 11 p.m., rain or shine. Watching is free and anyone in costume can join. This year's Grand Marshal is Joey Arias, and a new Firehorse puppet by Basil Twist leads the parade. Organizers say the route is most crowded between Bleecker and 14th streets. NY1 airs it live from 8 to 9:30 p.m.
