NYC Parks and Staten Island Recreation run a Halloween afternoon at the Greenbelt Recreation Center on Friday, Oct. 23, from 3 to 7 p.m. Parks lists a pumpkin patch and painting, crafts and games, plus a haunted trail that gets scarier from 6 to 7 p.m. Free, no registration needed. Meet in the lower parking lot at 501 Brielle Avenue.
